Website privacy policy

What we collect when you visit fabricvton.com or write to us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This policy covers the FabricVTON website at fabricvton.com. The Clothsy AI product has its own policies: Clothsy privacy policy (merchants) and shopper privacy policy.

1. Who we are

FabricVTON Private Limited (“FabricVTON”, “we”, “us”) decides how the data described here is used. Registered office: Near Shiv Mandir, Kendua Bazar Hatia Patti, Kenduadih, Dhanbad, Jharkhand 828116, India. Email: hello@fabricvton.com.

2. What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the contact, investor or research-team forms, or email us, we receive the details you type (usually your name, email address and message) and anything you attach.
  • Website analytics, only if you accept. If you choose Accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and reports how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. If you reject, these are not loaded, and any set earlier are removed.
  • Choices stored in your browser. fv_cookie_consent remembers your cookie choice and fv_research_invite remembers that you closed the research-team invitation. Both stay on your device.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) to deliver and secure the site.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your message, assess a research application or reply to an investor enquiry (you ask us to, by sending it).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, only with your consent).
  • To keep the site working and secure.
  • To meet legal obligations.

4. Who else handles it

  • Tally runs the forms. What you type into a form is processed by Tally and delivered to us.
  • Google provides analytics, if you accept.
  • Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps the server logs.

These providers may process data outside India. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Messages and applications are kept as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable time after, then deleted. Analytics data is kept under the retention setting in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw cookie consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Email hello@fabricvton.comwith the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to check it is you before we act.

7. Complaints

Write to the Grievance Officer at hello@fabricvton.comwith the subject “Grievance”. We acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India or another authority that applies to you.

8. Children

This website is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you on this page if the change is significant.
