3.1What we are building
FabricVTON is building an enterprise-grade try-on platform for the whole world. Its job is to let any shopper see any garment on themselves, and to let any business, from a small online store to a global marketplace, offer that experience without building it themselves.
3.2Six principles
- Own the technology. We build our own models end to end. That keeps quality, safety and the customer experience in our hands, and lets us improve every part of the product.
- Win where others fall short. We focus on the garments and shoppers the field neglects: draped and layered clothing, cultural wear, and every skin tone and body shape.
- One progression, three experiences. Photo, video and live try-on grow from the same foundation, so every improvement reaches every product.
- Enterprise from the start. Marketplaces and large retailers need security, reliability and scale. We design for them from day one, not as an afterthought.
- Everywhere clothes are sold. Online stores, marketplaces, apps, browsers and physical stores, from a single platform and a single account.
- Safe and fair by design. Trust is what lets try-on reach every shopper. Safety, consent and fairness are part of the product, not an add-on.
3.3Who we build for
| Customer | How we serve them |
|---|---|
| Independent online stores | Simple, self-serve try-on on the platforms they already use |
| Developers and agencies | Tools to add try-on to any site or app |
| Marketplaces and large enterprises | Partnerships built around their catalogues, their markets and their requirements |
| Retail stores | Try-on in the fitting area, connected to the same platform |
| Shoppers | Try-on of their own, wherever they browse |
3.4Taking it worldwide
Try-on should not depend on which country a shopper lives in or which store they choose. We are building FabricVTON in India for every market. Our aim is to onboard businesses and shoppers around the world, and to make live try-on and every other form of try-on affordable enough for everyone to use, rather than a premium feature for a few large platforms.
That means products that work in many languages and regions, partners who know their local markets, and a cost to serve that lets us keep access broad as we grow.
3.5How we get there
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Prove | Show that try-on works for real shoppers, across many kinds of garment, in real stores |
| Build the platform | Bring photo, video and live try-on together on our own technology, ready for enterprise customers |
| Scale | Serve marketplaces, retailers and shoppers in markets around the world |
